Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We are happy to exchange or refund any item except Personalised Bangles which have been hand stamped (these can only be returned if faulty). Items should be returned within 14 days of purchase and customers are liable for return postage costs. Please pack items securely and use a tracked and insured service as we are not liable for goods damaged or lost on return.
